All the beef dishes that we serve in the restaurant are made with beef raised on our farm a few kilometers from Lugo, in Recelle, Portomarín.
A project of the España Restaurant that we are very satisfied with and that is highly valued by our regular clientele.
In the Recelle facilities, the specimens are raised based on a balanced and one hundred percent natural diet, following all the advice of tradition, to obtain one of the best meats so that the tasting at the table is a true delight. .
The slaughter is done early in the morning to avoid stress for the animal and the meat spends a long period of time in the chamber to obtain those steaks and sirloins that will satisfy the most demanding palate.
Finally, the main ingredient, the care and good work of the chef who will prepare it just right and guarantee the best meat on the table.
